Join our team at Tous Les Jours as a Cashier/Barista and be a key part of delivering exceptional service to our customers. As a Cashier/Barista, you'll greet customers with a warm smile, assist them with their orders, and ensure they have a delightful experience while visiting our bakery. From ringing up purchases to crafting delicious beverages, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for all.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders
- Package baked goods
- Display products such as bread, pastries, and beverages attractively
- Take orders accurately and process transactions using a point-of-sale system
- Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier and barista stations
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines when handling food and beverages
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role preferred
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
- Knowledge of basic math and cash handling procedures
- Passion for delivering excellent service and creating positive customer experiences
Pay:
