Are you looking for extra cash / work while working part-time during the week and on the weekends?
The Special Events Assistant is responsible for the assistance of Set-up and Breakdown of DJ Equipment. Guest interaction and assistance with photo booth usage. Audio and Lighting assistance, and assisting the DJ with Special Effect items or materials when applicable. A qualified individual is dedicated and hardworking; always on time, and ready to work, no exceptions. As we mainly do weddings, you cannot be easily distracted, unprofessional, or not flexible.
An ideal candidate is able to calmly handle all types of crowds from small children to unruly adults. Have an exciting personality. They are responsible for helping the DJ load and set-up / breakdown equipment, assisting guests with taking photographs with our photo booth when brought out to the venue, assisting the DJ with special effect items and materials or audio and lighting.
As a Special Events Assistant you will be responsible for attending the event, providing customer service to a diverse base of guests, assembling and disassembling, interacting with guests, cleaning and sorting of equipment or other items, and solving technical issues.
