Since 2004, we have been recognized for our innovative, design-focused solutions that address complex challenges while prioritizing sustainability, climate-specific design, and cultural context. Our work spans luxury single-family residences, multifamily developments, adaptive reuse, interiors, and product design, with a focus on the Subtropics, Florida, and the Caribbean.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect/COO to join our leadership team. This is a key position for an architect who excels in managing high-profile projects, building strong client relationships, and fostering a culture of design excellence. The ideal candidate will bring technical precision, leadership potential, and the ability to guide demanding clients and complex teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Take an active leadership role in the studio, fostering a collaborative, innovative environment and ensuring the studio’s success across multiple project types.

• Design Excellence: Uphold Touzet Studio’s commitment to design-first principles, ensuring every project reflects thoughtful, high-quality solutions across all phases.

• Client Leadership: Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury clients and developers, confidently navigating high-stakes projects and expectations.

• Technical Expertise: Lead the production of accurate, detailed construction documents in REVIT, ensuring precision and coordination with consultants and contractors.

• Project Oversight: Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to achieve successful outcomes for all stakeholders.

• Mentorship: Mentor and develop junior team members, instilling technical skills and a culture of excellence across the studio.

Qualifications:

• Professional degree in architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch); licensure preferred.

• 10 years of experience, including a proven track record in luxury single-family, multifamily, and adaptive reuse projects.

• Advanced proficiency in REVIT, with strong skills in detailing, documentation, and project coordination. Experience establishing REVIT standards and workflows for teams is highly desirable.

• Extensive experience in all phases of project delivery, including construction documentation and on site construction administration.

• Excellent client management and communication skills, with the ability to represent the studio in high-pressure situations.

• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a passion for mentoring and team building.

• Strong commitment to design excellence and innovation.
