Your Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to address product inquiries and order updates.
- Provide clear order status information, make adjustments, and handle cancellations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within our system.
- Collaborate with warehouses and shipping partners to resolve order-related issues.
- Offer fabric samples to support customers in their purchasing decisions.
- Ensure timely updates to customers awaiting backordered items.
- Focus on delivering excellent customer service, ensuring every customer feels valued and cared for.
