Job Description: Join the vibrant TOV team as a UX Designer! This position will be responsible for creating engaging, intuitive, and functional designs for our online furniture platform. As a UX Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing, to design exceptional user experiences that align with our brand and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improving the user experience.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to visualize user flows and design concepts.
- Create prototypes and mockups to communicate design ideas effectively to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Conduct usability testing to validate design solutions and gather insights for improvement.
- Stay updated with UX trends and best practices to ensure our platform remains innovative and user-centric.
- Maintain a consistent design language and contribute to the development of design guidelines and standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and justify design decisions.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a passion for creating outstanding user experiences.
- Experience working in e-commerce or furniture-related industries is a plus.
