What You’ll Be Doing
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive growth. You will oversee all aspects of social media management, including content creation, community management, and analytics tracking. You will play a key role in shaping the brand's online presence and executing effective social media campaigns across various platforms.
This position is remote / in-office hybrid and is based in Century City, California. This role will report directly to the Director of Consumer Engagement and will manage our content interns.
This role requires a creative mindset, a deep understanding of social media trends, strong communication skills, and a passion for the beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Tower 28 Beauty's marketing objectives and target audience.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with social media trends and best practices to ensure our brand remains at the forefront of industry developments.
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging, voice, and aesthetics across all social media channels. Develop and enforce social media guidelines, ensuring compliance with brand values, tone, and visual identity.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including product launches, promotions, giveaways, and collaborations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with marketing objectives.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms (i.e. Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube).
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop high-quality graphics, photos, videos, and written content.
