TITLE: Apartment Maintenance Technician
REPORTS TO: Property Manager
SUMMARY
A residential high-rise apartment seeks an individual with HVAC certification and at least 2 years general maintenance experience with plumbing, electrical and painting. Carpentry and pool maintenance preferred but not required. Duties include but are not limited to servicing individual apartment HVAC units, completing property work orders, prepping suites for occupancy, handling emergency calls, and keeping the complex safe and clean. This person will be part of the on-site team that can work independently, supports other team members and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
