What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Tower Credit, Inc.?
Tower Credit is currently looking for a new addition to our consumer finance team. We are searching for a Customer Service Representative to assist in all aspects of our daily operations such as calling customers, handling incoming telephone inquiries, greeting customers, taking payments, and processing credit applications.
Customer Service and Sales experience required.
Ability to make collection calls and assist customers with making payment arrangements.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Fun and energetic personality.
Previous Credit knowledge is a plus.
Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday
Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Customer Service: 2 years (Required)
Finance: 1 year (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour
