Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Business Development at Tower Fund Capital. The Director must have a substantial client base and an existing pipeline.
Responsibilities will include organizing a team of originators, targeting new business development with brokers and sponsors, business planning, lead generation, contract negotiation, and account management.
