Tower Generator is seeking a Lead Generator Installation Team Member to assist with the planning, site prep and generator installations for both the residential and commercial markets. Plan and delegate job responsibilities, develop an effective team.

Job Summary
The Lead Generator Installation Team member will formulate the planning, site prep and generator installations for both the residential and commercial markets. This is a field based role that works on site at customer sites throughout the state of CT.
Job Requirements
- Effectively lead your team
- Plan and load generator equipment for scheduled jobs
- Efficiently and effectively operate an excavator, tractor and stand on skid-steer
- Plan and layout the job at site to work efficiently and safely
- Work with team members to hand trench and operate machines for trenching and setting equipment.
- Properly size and layout conduits to code requirements
- Prep pad area for pouring concrete or precast pads for setting generator to code requirements
- Work with team to set equipment
- Back fill trenched areas after inspections are completed
- Complete all site work to a finished state exceeding customer expectation
- Care and maintain all company equipment
Job Qualifications
- Valid CT driver’s license
- Equipment operation
- Reliable transportation
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to follow direction
- Ability to delegate effectively
- Ability to lift up to 85 lbs.
- Ability to stand on feet for 8 hours
- Potentially working earlier and later than a typical 7-3:30PM time slot in order to complete jobs
