What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automation Specialist Technician position at Tower Health?
The Pharmacy Automation Specialist is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of automated medication distribution systems to achieve high quality standard of care in pharmacy medication storage and distribution. Provides ongoing monitoring of processes surrounding the automated distribution of medications to evaluate compliance with procedures and integrity of equipment.
Full Time Position, Hours 7am-3:30pm with no weekends and no holidays required.

Qualifications
Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience - Prefer 1 to 2 years of Relevant experience
Certification and Licensure
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) through the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) (must be obtained within 6 months of hire date)
