Responsibilities :
- The HIV Clinical Pharmacy Specialist will work as the medication management specialist in the Center for Public Health.
- The Center for Public Health is the only provider of HIV care services federally designated for both Berks and Schuylkill counties in Pennsylvania and serves almost 1,000 people living with HIV / AIDS (PLWHA) annually.
- This position will be integral to the continued well being of our patients.
- The key to success of the Center has been the integration of clinical care services, non-medical case management services, behavioral health, nutrition, spiritual care, education, outreach, and pharmacy, which have supported the engagement and retention of patients with challenging social circumstances and complex comorbid conditions.
