- The Patient Advocate serves as a liaison between patients, families, and the Reading Hospital as a means to fulfill the right of patients and their representatives to be able to file a complaint, as well as to provide meaningful response and resolution to quality of care concerns.
- Proposes actions and/or contribute advisement on identified opportunities for improvements to Patient Experience.
- Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide appropriate assistance to help meet the service and support needs of patients and families and be a resource for staff regarding Patient Rights and Experience.
