What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supervisor Security position at Tower Health?
The Security Supervisor's primary responsibility is to effectively lead security shift operations at assigned facilities, providing supervision and mentorship for assigned Security Officers.
The Security Supervisor reports to the Regional Security Operations Manager and works closely with clinical leaders at the unit level to provide a safe and secure environment and highly visible security presence throughout assigned facilities.
Full Time Evening Position, hours are 3pm-11:30pm with weekend and holiday rotation required
Prior Supervisory experience preferred

Education Requirements
- Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.
- High School Diploma - OR - GED - OR - Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education

Certification and Licensure
- Valid PA Driver's License
- IAHSS Basic Level Certification (CHSO) - Must be obtained within 6 months of hire/placement
- IAHSS Advanced Level Certification (CAHSO) - Must be obtained within 12 months of hire/placement
- IAHSS Supervisor Level Certification (CHSS) - Must be obtained within 18 months of hire/placement
