In this role, you will help manage the Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) and provide ongoing support for the ERP (Infor Lawson) to maintain efficient operations and user satisfaction. The System Specialist collaborates with diverse users across Tower Health providing assistance to ensure a smooth user experience.
This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, offering the flexibility to work both remotely and in the office (Reading, PA). There will be a minimum of one day in the office each week. Additional days may be required based on team needs, project demands, and other operational requirements.
As System Specialist, you will:
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition System Administrator and System Director of People Analytics on back-end system configurations, process improvements, and system integrations
- Act as the subject matter expert for Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other Talent Acquisition (TA) products, offering support on system functionality, usage, and best practices
- Oversee system access, account permissions, and settings across all ATS and TA products, ensuring adherence to company processes
- Review daily requisition import file logs and manually create requisitions for any entries that failed to import
- Design, maintain, and update user guides, SOPs, and training materials for ongoing accuracy
- Lead virtual and in-person training sessions for end users, ensuring they understand system enhancements and process changes so that they can effectively navigate the system
- Fulfill report requests, providing the end user with accurate data to support decision making
- Diagnose and resolve user access issues and other system challenges to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations
- Address and troubleshoot system-related tickets in a timely and efficient manner
- Research and analyze system enhancement requests to develop effective solutions
- Provide table maintenance and integration support to ensure flawless system functionality and data flow across platforms
- Conduct comprehensive system audits and data clean-up to ensure data integrity
- Drive process improvement initiatives, system integrations, and enhancements to optimize functionality and streamline operations
- Maintain current knowledge of ATS and TA products through active participation in webinars and training sessions
- Review and upload hire and transfer files, ensuring accurate data integration
- Process start date adjustments in Lawson to maintain data integrity in ATS and ERP
