Drive Tower Hill Specialty's profitable growth and innovate its products by joining our Product Management team. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Insurance State Product Manager for Texas. This manager will build product strategy and drive pricing and non-pricing decisions. This position is responsible for the profitable growth and strategic management of various property insurance lines of business. You will collaborate with key stakeholders across Marketing, Underwriting, Compliance, Legal, and Actuarial teams to execute strategies that drive growth and profitability in these states.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- State Management & Compliance : Oversee state-specific product management, ensuring compliance with regulatory changes and alignment with company goals.
- Strategic Planning : Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve growth and profit targets in TX, collaborating closely with various stakeholders on rate plans and filings.
- Product Development : Lead product development and pricing initiatives, utilizing market research and data analysis to identify opportunities and implement changes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to resolve regulatory needs and with technology teams to translate business requirements into system specifications.
- Project Leadership : Manage multi-state projects from inception to execution, including product rollouts, system enhancements, and market entries.
- Performance Monitoring : Monitor product performance, analyze trends, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize product strategy and execution.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Communicate product vision and strategy to senior management and cross-functional teams, advocating for product improvements and regulatory compliance.

Requirements
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or other related field required. Master's degree preferred in similar fields.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of five (5) years of relevant industry experience in key functional areas, such as Underwriting, Pricing, Claims or Operations with three (3) years of direct product management or product development experience required. Property underwriting, product management, or pricing experience in Texas is required.
CERTIFICATIONS
Property and casualty insurance industry designations preferred (i.e. Associate in Claims [AIC], Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter [CPCU], FCAS, ACAS, etc.)
