Job Title : Stone Line Fabrication
Department : Stone
Reports to : Division Manager, Stone
FLSA Status : Full Time - Non-Exempt

SUMMARY
Production team member. Fabricating and finishing custom-made stone countertops in a safe and clean environment. Responsible for any task related to preparing and finishing stone pieces for installation or pickup for customers. Team members will work with industry leaders with much experience while using state-of-the-art equipment and large machinery in-house.
Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities :
- Please note : Willing to train the right candidate.
1. Operate stone cutting machinery and tools regarding quartz and granite.
2. Measure and cut accurately.
3. Has the ability to read and translate drawings and diagrams.
4. Polishes fabricated pieces (quartz or granite)
5. Measures and inspects finished fabricated pieces for conformance to quality requirements
6. Inspects and packages customer samples
7. Prepares fabricated pieces for shipment to customer, including labeling in accordance with customer
requirements or internal procedures
8. Able to identify and troubleshoot fabricating issues or notify management of said issue.
9. Performs all other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or its equivalent
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret manufacturing instructions and customer order sheets.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
