Landscape Laborer
Tower Landscape & Design LLC is a full-service landscaping company in Old Lyme, CT. We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and hardworking individual to join our team. We are looking for someone who is a team player, who is dependable, and is willing to work hard.
Responsibilities:
- Perform General Landscaping, Masonary, Lawn maintenance, and Seasonal Services as described below under Jobs/Services performed.
- Maintain tools and equipment needed for the job at hand
- Keep a clean work area at all times, including the shop and yard
- Help maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Jobs/Services performed:
- Residential and Estate Management
- Excavation, Drainage & Grading
- Foundation Crack Repair
- Patios, Walkways & Walls
- Lawn installation & Repair
- Planting
- Seasonal Services - Mowing - Plowing - Leaves, etc.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
- Able to pass background check and drug test.
- Able to lift 50 pounds (unassisted) or more.
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening.
- Working cell phone
- reliable means of transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
