Position Overview
We are seeking an organized and efficient Corporate Event Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating corporate events from planning through execution, ensuring every detail is meticulously managed. You will work closely with our team to create engaging and professional events that align with our brand values and mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate corporate events, including conferences, workshops, and seminars, from concept through execution.
- Book venues, negotiate contracts, and manage logistics such as catering, AV setup, and materials.
- Coordinate event schedules, manage timelines, and ensure that all aspects of the event are on track.
- Act as the primary point of contact during events, managing on-site setup, attendee registration, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create event collateral, communications, and promotional materials.
- Track budgets and expenses, providing regular updates to management.
- Ensure all events align with company standards and provide a seamless, memorable experience for all attendees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Certified Meeting Planner (CMP) or Project Management Certification (PMP) is a plus.
- Proven experience in corporate event planning or a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful events.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Experience with event management software and tools (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite) is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with a diverse audience.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and poise.
- Willingness to work in person and be available for travel as required by event locations.
- Experience in booking event spaces and coordinating with venue management is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range: $60,000 - $70,000, with the opportunity for performance-based bonuses.
