Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Marketing Director to lead the development and execution of our marketing strategy. This individual must be proactive, results-driven, and capable of operating with autonomy. The ideal candidate has a strong command of marketing systems and technology, a deep understanding of digital strategy, and the ability to build scalable campaigns that drive measurable growth.
This is not a role for someone who needs to be taught how to market. We're looking for someone who has done it before, knows what works, and can move fast without sacrificing quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
- Lead, manage, and mentor members of the marketing team, ensuring alignment, accountability, and performance.
- Oversee the planning and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, direct mail, webinar, and event-based initiatives.
- Build and maintain high-performing marketing systems using Keap, ClickFunnels, Zapier, and other automation tools.
- Create, optimize, and manage multi-step funnels, nurture sequences, landing pages, and lead generation workflows.
- Manage outside vendors, contractors, and creative partners to deliver on-brand, on-time marketing assets.
- Analyze key metrics and report on performance, using data to drive decisions and continuous improvement.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communications, campaigns, and customer touchpoints.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-10 years of marketing leadership experience, including direct oversight of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and hold a team accountable to performance outcomes.
- Proficiency in Keap (Infusionsoft), ClickFunnels, email marketing, Zapier, and automation workflows.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, direct response principles, and full-funnel campaign strategy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
Skills:
- Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and content management systems.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, particularly Keap/Infusionsoft and Click Funnels.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Creative and strategic thinking with the ability to solve problems effectively and innovatively.
- Experience utilizing drop shipping via amazon fulfillment or other organizations.
