What are the responsibilities and job description for the Attorney - Part time Oil and Gas Regulatory Compliance - 6 monts position at Tower Legal Solutions?
Our client, a global oil and gas company, is seeking an attorney to help part-time (appox 20 hours per week) for the next 6 months. The attorney will work in the Projects & Technology - Global Safety and Environmental team located in Houston.
We are looking for the following criteria :
- Attorney Experience : Midlevel associate; strength in environmental regulatory (compliance and enforcement) work in the US preferably including Texas. US and state air regulatory compliance and enforcement experience strongly recommended. CERCLA / Superfund, offshore oil and gas regulatory, and / or safety regulatory experience optional but helpful.
- Assignment Responsibilities : We are looking for an environmental legal counsel to cover for an attorney who will be on leave and to support a variety of US businesses with some opportunity to assist in global safety and environmental program work.
