This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and paralegals to join Tower Legal Solutions as a Temporary Data Management Consultant/Legal Administrative Staff.
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to work onsite in our Bedminster, NJ offices, supporting the legal team with data entry, customer service, and administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with law enforcement in high-priority emergent matters by answering calls and authenticating customers.
- Document and manage cases end-to-end in compliance with laws and company procedures.
- Enter customer and account data into our workflow management system within time limits.
- Compile, verify, and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.
- Resolves deficiencies using standard procedures or returns incomplete documents to the team lead/supervisor.
- An understanding of basic legal concepts, terminology, principles, and procedures.
Requirements:
Any legal background, education, or experience is preferred.
Able to work independently, accurately, and efficiently.
Timely arrival to work, proficient typing and transcription, and strong computer and technical skills.
Administrative skills, including copying, filing, sorting, mail distribution, and organizational abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Commitment to working as part of a team and willingness to obtain government clearance.
Available to work 40 hours per week OT when available, including overnight and weekend shifts.
On-site work location in Bedminster, NJ.
