Our client, a global corporation, whose primary areas of business are financial information and analytics is seeking a temporary project manager for their Commercial Operations team.

You will be part of the Commercial Operations team, which plays a vital role in supporting a global Commercial organization. Reporting to the Associate Director, Commercial Operations, the team is dedicated to driving strategic initiatives, managing audit action plans, and enhancing operational efficiency. With a focus on collaboration across various functions, the team ensures effective communication and alignment on key projects. The Role:
Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager with 4 - 5 years experience to join our team. This role will primarily support various projects related to internal audit, focusing on three key themes: Data Governance and Quality, Compliance, and Pricing Governance and Oversight. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive projects to completion.
Responsibilities
• Lead and manage project planning, execution, and monitoring for internal initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and action items.
• Create training and workshops to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
• Create communication plans for change management and keeping teams informed.
• Ensure compliance with governance standards and practices throughout project execution.
• Support the development of processes and tools to improve data quality and governance.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably with complex, large scale projects.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.
• Create repository of pitch decks for sales along with templates in partnership with Product Management
