Corporate Internship

Tower Loan is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Corporate Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to different aspects of corporate operations and develop essential skills in a professional setting. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for making a difference.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Rotate among different departments and teams within the company.
• Assist with day-to-day tasks, projects, and initiatives as assigned by department managers and mentors.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to support cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Contribute ideas and insights to improve processes, drive innovation, and add value to the organization.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports as required by each department.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program.
• Strong academic performance with a minimum GPA of 2.5.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to new environments, learn quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.
• Eagerness to take on new challenges, ask questions, and seek feedback.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Previous internship or work experience in a corporate setting is preferred but not required.

COMPENSATION RANGE:

$15.00 - $17.00 / hour

Work Schedule:

Monday – Friday; 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

This position reports to our Home Office in Flowood, Mississippi.
