Tower Loan - File Clerk
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The File Clerk position is responsible for processing incoming/outgoing mail, processing invoices, copying/scanning, posting, filing of legal documents, create file folders, answering phones and helping in other various areas. It is a fast pace and high volume environment with sensitivity to deadlines. This position will communicate some with customer questions and our branches.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Processing Server invoices
- Copying, posting and filing legal documents
- Scanning Documents into the system
- Create File Folders/ Enter new accounts into the system
- Answering phones
- Closing out files to send to storage
- Helping others in various areas when time allows.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Microsoft Windows and Outlook experience
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced and high volume environment
- Ability to work cooperatively with a team
- Highly organized with great care to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Basic mathematics skills
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Efficient verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
