We are looking for a talented Marketing Intern to join our team! This position is part-time, approximately 24 hours a week, and will support the Marketing and Business Development teams by focusing largely on developing project pursuits, managing project and contact databases, coordinating proposal templates, and supporting department staff. The ideal candidate will have extreme attention to detail, an interest in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry, be proactive and resourceful, and successfully manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Position Responsibilities
Pursuit Support Development: Assist business development team members with RFP responses, qualification packets, and presentations.
- Update and create team resumes and project profiles.
- Help with printing, binding, and mailing efforts.
- Work closely with team members across the firm including market sector leaders to support BD efforts.
- Inputting project pursuit information and logging updates and feedback.
- Maintaining and updating contact information in database.
- Inputting and updating project information.
- Help with project and image tagging and categorization.
- Consistently updating firm resumes, project descriptions, and market sector content.
- Utilizing InDesign templates to lay out and assemble content and graphics.
- Assisting our K-12 team members with graphic support for bond proposals.
- Creating graphics for internal events and communications.
- Planning and scheduling social media posts.
- Have excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Show extreme attention to detail.
- Act with integrity and trust.
- Work well independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Work under pressure and multitask to meet aggressive deadlines.
- Maintain a strong sense of focus and confidence under varying workloads.
- Ability to work with people of varying work styles.
- Working towards a bachelor’s degree from an accredited program is required.
- Experience with desktop publishing software (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator), Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint), and Google Apps for Business (G-Suite).
- Knowledge of CRM database software preferred.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Understanding of graphic design.
- This position is an internship; work schedule will depend on class schedule and availability.
