Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining property rentals, addressing resident needs, and ensuring efficient property management. The property is a 28-unit, 55 independent senior housing.
Duties
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties
- Handle resident inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally
- Conduct property tours for potential residents
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and maintenance staff
- Enforce lease agreements and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Oversee rent collection and financial operations
- Utilize property management software such as AMSI and QuickBase for record keeping
Qualifications
- Experience in property leasing and management required; Low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) experience preferred.
- Proficiency in conflict management and customer service
- Knowledge of legal administrative procedures related to property management
- Familiarity with real estate administrative tasks
- Strong phone etiquette skills for effective communication with residents and vendors
- Ability to upsell additional services to residents for revenue generation
