Job Description- Performing preventative maintenance, repair and improvement to semiconductor equipment maintenance procedures and systems
- This job includes multidisciplinary aspects – electrical, electronics, mechanics and pneumatics
- This position will interface with Equipment Engineers and area Managers, Procurement Department and Operations to identify and resolve equipment issues supporting production
- Provides an opportunity to take part on interesting and challenging projects: improve reliability, cost savings and safety
- This position involves the preventative and corrective maintenance of the tool sets found
- You are “hands on” and electronically and/or mechanically inclined
- You always strive for the root cause of technical problems
- You are passionate about fixing and improving electrical/electronic or mechanical systems

- If you are self-motivated and a self-starter
- Degree or equivalent is preferred with at least 5 year of Implant equipment experience, Axcelis GSD, Purion and 8250 preferred.
- Must possess excellent communication skills, which includes verbal and written.
- Must be proficient in MS office products and various OS platforms.
- Must understand the concept of consumable and non-consumable parts costs associated with the job and look for ways to reduce costs without affecting tool or product performance.
- Must have an advanced knowledge of SPC and know how it is used and implemented in the manufacturing environment.
MILITARY EXPERIENCE IN ELECTRONICS, ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL, NUCLEAR OR SIMILIAR FIELD WILL SUFFICE THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS.
