At Tower Trust & Investment Company, we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administration & Marketing Specialist to be the first impression of our company and support many of our most important processes.


In this role, you'll manage front desk operations, provide exceptional service to clients and visitors, and support the administrative and marketing functions that drive our business forward. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and wants to be part of a mission-driven team.

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers — greet guests warmly, manage incoming calls, and handle general inquiries.
  • Provide administrative support to the President, Trust Officers, and Portfolio Managers, including scheduling meetings and coordinating communications.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new clients — from preparing account opening paperwork to ensuring a smooth, professional experience.
  • Assist in assembling materials for Annual Investment Reviews.
  • Support the Operations Team with essential back-office tasks: mailing statements, organizing closed accounts, and producing quarterly personal trading authorization letters.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts, including:
    • Attending and taking notes at monthly marketing meetings
    • Helping prepare and distribute quarterly newsletters
    • Assisting with client events and logistics
    • Supporting direct mail and email campaigns

What We're Looking For:

  • A courteous, outgoing demeanor with a passion for providing outstanding service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and capable of juggling multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated and attentive to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Preferred Background:

  • High school diploma required; additional administrative or industry certification a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or at least 2 years of experience in investment, estate, or banking preferred
