YOUR ROLE : As the Director of Acquisitions, you will lead the identification, valuation, negotiation, and acquisition of digital infrastructure assets, focusing on telecommunications. This role offers the chance to manage your own book of business in a specific territory, impacting one of the nation's largest specialized portfolios. Utilizing consultative strategies, real estate knowledge, financial expertise, and relationship-building skills, you'll establish yourself as a respected industry expert. You will guide deals through their lifecycle, supported by an experienced deal-closing team. Daily responsibilities include maintaining measurable metrics and goals for success. TowerPoint provides advanced tools, including a CRM (Salesforce) and performance dashboards (Tableau), to manage a high volume of opportunities nationwide, originate deals, and facilitate transactions with various real estate owners.
RESPONSIBILITIES & CONTRIBUTIONS :
- Originating, managing, and forecasting a proprietary acquisition pipeline efficiently.
- Negotiate deal terms in alignment with corporate guidelines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and collaborate closely with the deal team to complete due diligence and finalize transactions.
- Meet & exceed corporate standards and key performance metrics.
- Manage an assigned territory, guiding transactions through the entire sales funnel with a consultative selling approach.
- Cultivate enduring and impactful relationships with property owners.
QUALIFICATIONS : Bachelor's degree or possess equivalent experience within a Business Development, Sales, Financial Advisory or Brokerage in a relevant industry.

Base : Starting at 70k (flexible dependent upon experience)
Total Comp (OTE) : 70k-275k
Commissions are uncapped offering unlimited earning potential. While deal sizes may vary, commissions for funded deals are paid in the next pay period. Eligibility for an annual bonus at the end of the fiscal year is based on meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and is calculated according to predetermined variables related to all deals closed throughout the year.
TEAM DYNAMICS :
This is a hybrid work setting that promotes collaboration in our office located in the heart of UTC.
The initial training begins fully onsite witha two-week dynamic training program to become industry experts, following a continued dynamic program that is ongoing for the first 3 months and 100% onsite prior to transitioning to a hybrid model (M / T / TH in office). Each person is assigned to a team of 5-6 peers, led by a VP whose focus is their success. The VP’s performance is tied to the team's achievements, ensuring dedicated support.
