Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently towing and transporting vehicles to designated locations. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth. Responsibilities: - Drive tow truck to designated locations to pick up and transport vehicles - Load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck, ensuring proper securing of the vehicle - Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their vehicle needs - Perform basic automotive diagnostics and minor repairs when necessary - Maintain accurate records of all tows, including vehicle information, pick-up and drop-off locations, and any additional services provided - Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while operating the tow truck - Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members to ensure efficient operations Skills: - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Experience operating a tow truck or similar heavy-duty vehicle preferred - Basic automotive repair knowledge and mechanical skills - Familiarity with automotive diagnostics tools and equipment - Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally - Ability to operate a forklift for loading and unloading vehicles onto the tow truck - Knowledge of proper techniques for securing different types of vehicles, including flatbed towing We offer competitive pay based on experience and skills.
