AUTOMOTIVE APPRENTICE TECHNICIAN POSITION

A TYPICAL WORK-DAY:
You will be expected to complete full maintenance services as well as vehicle repairs based on your experience level. We are a digital repair facility which means we perform a digital vehicle inspection on every vehicle that comes into the shop. Training will be provided on this process. Expect to also complete oil services, tire services, fluid services, routine maintenance and repairs. Our technicians document and communicate detailed descriptions of the work they perform as well as keep up with a very fast-paced environment.
HOW DOES OUR PAY WORK?
This position is full-time, Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays! Pay is dependent on skill level and experience with the opportunity for a bonus plan in the future based on productivity.

REQUIREMENTS FOR OUR APPRENTICE TECHNICIAN:
· 1-2 years of professional, on-the-job experience in the automotive field.
· Can be substituted with training in an automotive school program - High School/College levels.
· A valid state driver’s license & clean driving record are required.
· Ability to maintain a clean & safe work area.
· Positive attitude, customer service mentality, team player.
· Enjoy working in a very face-paced environment.
· Ability to document & communicate detailed descriptions of diagnostics & repairs.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time productively.
· Mechanically inclined with a strong aptitude for working with computers and technology.
· Passion & desire to continue learning & training as part of our team!
