Job Title: Overnight Security Team Member

Overview:
As a Security Team Member, you will be responsible for patrolling the resort to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests. Your role involves preventing incidents, enforcing resort rules, and offering assistance to campers, visitors, and vendors. We're seeking a motivated individual to join our team and help maintain a welcoming, safe atmosphere.

Job Responsibilities:

• Overnight shifts required (11pm-7am).
• Conduct regular patrols of resort areas, including RV sites, pool, parking, and common areas, to deter theft, vandalism, and inappropriate activity.
• Monitor guest behavior and resort activities to ensure adherence to resort rules, quiet hours, and safety protocols.
• Respond quickly to disturbances, emergencies, and safety concerns such as medical incidents, fires, wildlife encounters, and other situations.
• Provide assistance to campers and visitors, including directions, information about resort amenities, and help with minor issues like vehicle jump-starts or lockouts.
• Perform security checks on resort facilities, reporting maintenance issues, safety hazards, or security breaches to management.
• Assist with resort events, helping with setup, breakdown, and crowd control as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of security incidents, patrols, and guest interactions, documenting all observations and actions.
• Promote a positive, welcoming atmosphere by fostering good relationships with guests, campers, and staff.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact effectively with a diverse range of guests.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and make sound decisions during emergencies.
• Physically fit, capable of performing patrol duties, including walking, standing, and occasionally lifting or carrying equipment.
• Must be available for overnight shifts.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
