Responsibilities
- Supervise front-of-house staff, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth operations.
- Train, coach, and support team members to maintain high service standards.
- Assist with floor management, seating arrangements, and overall guest flow.
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally to enhance the dining experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding supply needs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with management to improve service, efficiency, and team performance.
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant, fine dining, or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Knowledge of food, beverage, and POS systems.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Food handler's card and RBS certificate
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Frequent lifting and carrying of up to 25 lbs, with occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach for service-related tasks.
