Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, making them feel at home.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently and accurately.
- Provide information about the resort amenities, local attractions, and special events.
- Resolve guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Manage payment transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Uphold safety and security standards while protecting guest privacy.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management systems (preferred).
- A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours or more).
- Perform repetitive motions such as typing, reaching, and using office equipment.
- Occasionally lift or carry items up to 25 pounds (e.g., luggage or office supplies).
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
