The office/customer service manager is responsible for all customer service at the front end. They ensure service standards are met and that customer issues are resolved. They are also responsible for cashier productivity, cash balancing, checkout procedures, and the accurate reporting of sales, financial transactions and funds.
Office/customer service manager works with computers, Microsoft Office programs (specifically Excel and Outlook), adding machines, and cash register systems. They must be able to perform all duties of a cashier and other duties as assigned.
