Sales Consultant at Town Auto Group

Town Auto Group is committed to providing exceptional customer experiences and exceeding sales goals. We are seeking a skilled Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team and contribute to our success.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of new and used vehicles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of success in sales. A clean driving record and valid Washington State Driver's License are also required.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Demonstrating vehicles and providing detailed information on features and specifications
• Conducting test drives and answering customer questions about the driving experience
• Communicating pricing options, financing, and trade-in values to customers
• Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles in our inventory and their features
• Providing exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
• Collaborating with other members of the sales team and management to achieve sales goals and objectives
• Assisting with vehicle delivery and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process
• Following up with customers post-sale to ensure their satisfaction and encourage future business
