Our primary portfolio platform is Middleton Meyers, which owns and operates 984 multi-family rental units in Charlotte, NC. Job Summary:
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Pressure Washer Technician to join our team. This role involves cleaning and restoring various surfaces using high-pressure water equipment. The ideal candidate takes pride in delivering top-notch results, can work independently, and has a strong commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate pressure washing equipment to clean driveways, sidewalks, building exteriors, decks, fences, roofs, and more
- Remove dirt, grime, mold, mildew, grease, and other substances from various surfaces
- Set up and break down pressure washing equipment at job sites
- Prepare and protect surrounding areas with tarps or coverings
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any mechanical issues
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
- Communicate with clients or supervisors to ensure job expectations are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site
- Accurately track time and materials used on each job
Requirements:
- Prior experience in pressure washing, general cleaning, or exterior maintenance preferred
- Ability to operate high-pressure washing equipment safely and effectively
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and stand for long periods
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional weekends
