We are currently taking applications for review and hire a Service Advisor/Manager.
This person will have responsibility and accountability to work with the team at Town Center Automotive where we work on just about anything that comes in the door. We sell tires, alignments, and everything else. The position is Salaried with a bonus depending on experience, knowledge, and customer service traits. Currently, you would work Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 5:30 pm Occasional Saturdays.
Current Duties include:
1. Run office for customers, parts, and technicians,
2. Schedule customers and Technicians (to each technicians strengths)
3. Use Mitchell TeamWorks and Bolt ON Technology.
4. Minor cleaning to include vacuuming the front (small office) and cleaning customer bathroom (occasionally shared duty with owner)
5. Work closely with Owners (Husband and Wife) to create a better process and keep track of Technician hours.
6. Sell BG Products for our Customers.
We are a Veteran Owned and Operated Company and are looking at expanding.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
