Appliance Technician 1
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair a variety of appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, and washers/dryers.
- Assist with basic maintenance and preventive repairs to ensure optimal appliance performance, performing some tasks independently.
- Work under supervision to learn company protocols and techniques related to appliance care.
- Engage in training sessions to build foundational skills in appliance repair and maintenance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and answering questions about repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and adhere to safety protocols while working.
- Perform any tasks as deemed necessary by the Company.
Requirements:
- Entry-level position; 1 year of applying a basic understanding of appliance systems is preferred.
- Experience as a service technician or in a similar field service role is beneficial.
- Proficiency in electrical systems and HVAC.
- Strong technical skills in appliance repair and troubleshooting.
- Excellent customer service skills with effective communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and follow detailed instructions.
- Completion of company orientation and initial training (2 weeks).
