Duties
- Oversee financial transactions and ensure accurate processing of loans and titles.
- Conduct credit analysis to assess customer eligibility for financing options.
- Provide exceptional customer service by guiding clients through the financing process.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify upselling opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial activities and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Utilize financial software to generate reports, analyze data, and support decision-making processes.
- Train and mentor staff on finance-related procedures and best practices.
- CDK a plus.
- Microsoft Office proficient.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of loan processing, credit analysis, and title processing.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in basic math and financial software applications.
- Ability to analyze financial data effectively and make informed recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
