Job Opportunity: Landscape Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise landscape maintenance on-site, ensuring gardens are well-maintained and meet our high-quality standards.

Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and clients, acting as the primary point of contact.

Provide expert advice on potential improvements or enhancements to gardens and outdoor spaces.

Prepare and present detailed estimates for new projects and upgrades.

Oversee and coordinate the work of landscaping teams, ensuring efficiency and adherence to schedules.

Monitor the quality of work, address client concerns, and ensure overall satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Proven experience a MUST in landscaping and site management.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to assess and suggest improvements to outdoor spaces.

Knowledge of plants, garden design, and landscape maintenance a must.

Ability to generate and present estimates for new projects.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

PAY WILL BE BASED ON EXPERIENCE.
