Duties

Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license required; Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
- Proven experience in long-term care and acute care settings.
- Strong understanding of MDS processes, Medicare regulations, and resident rights.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide nursing staff.
- Knowledgeable in documentation review practices and quality assurance measures.
