Who We’re Looking For


  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales or 5 years in HVAC (both preferred).
  • Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Drive: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office (Excel), and other sales tools.
  • Integrity: A commitment to ethical sales practices and customer-first solutions.
  • Go-getter with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Resilient individual who actively seek out leads rather than waiting for them.
  • Professional who seeks uncapped earning potential—your effort determines your income.

  • Roles & Responsibilities


    - Proactively generate leads through door-to-door outreach, community events, home shows, networking, referrals, relationships, and strategic partnerships.

    - Follow up on marketed leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.

    - Educate homeowners and businesses about HVAC solutions, energy efficiency, and financing options.

    - Handle objections with confidence and close sales through consultative, ethical selling techniques.

    - Customer relationship management and long-term partnership.

    - Provide a consistent, high-quality customer experience from first contact to installation.

    - Work closely with field managers and installers to ensure smooth project execution.

    - Document sales activities and develop strategies for future sales

    Salary : $60,000 - $150,000
