A TYPICAL DAY WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING . . .

• Oversees the POS Department
• Coordinates price changes (general changes, ads, post-offs)
• Prepares reports for management
• Provides most market signage for ends, displays ad shelf signs
• Performs market pricing audits
• Helps in evaluation of new software releases
• Maintains paper supply and stock
• Performs various market/grocery responsibilities when needed
• Writes department schedule
• Performs semi annual employee evaluations
• Keeps up on industry trends, standards and changes
• Ensures the dissemination and adherence to all company and department policies
• Maintains adherence to sustainability programs and all security and safety policies
• Provides and role models attitude of service to staff and customers
• Operates within the Company’s Core Values and Company Brand

THIS JOB MIGHT BE FOR YOU IF . . .

• Grocery/overall market familiarity
• Must have experience with BRdata Software
• Must have intermediate computer skills including MS Excel
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be accurate and detail-oriented
