About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Clubhouse and Events Manager to join our team. This key role focuses on managing clubhouse facility operations, planning and executing events, assisting the Social Committee with community events, promoting facility rentals, and providing outstanding service to residents and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the clubhouse.
- Plan, organize, and execute a variety of community events and activities.
- Promote and manage rental programs for clubhouse spaces.
- Assist residents and guests with inquiries at the front desk.
- Perform administrative tasks, including updating records and coordinating vendors.
- Process payments & invoices.
Ideal Candidate:
- 2 years of experience in event planning, hospitality management, or customer service.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Mailchimp, and Canva is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for events.
