Overview :
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Controller / General Manager to oversee and manage all financial operations for our companies. This role will involve leading and supervising the financial team and ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of all financial processes across our organization.
About Us :
Town & County operates three distinct businesses in the Greenwood, SC area, employing approximately 70-80 staff members. These include two construction companies and one property management company.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage all financial operations for the company, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
- Supervise a team responsible for financial reporting, accounts payable / receivable, payroll, and other related functions.
- Ensure the efficient operation of all financial processes, including automating operations through the use of specialized software.
- Work with QuickBooks and third-party software solutions integrated with our accounting system.
- Oversee the property management software, which is specifically designed for rental and community association management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial systems support the operational needs of the company.
- Provide leadership in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and budgets, and provide strategic recommendations.
