Responsibilities

• Keep the bar stocked and ready to roll by replenishing liquor, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and other supplies.
• Support bartenders during service by assisting with setup, breakdown, and everything in between.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning spills, and emptying trash.
• Restock kegs and ensure draft beer systems are running smoothly.
• Assist with prep work for garnishes, syrups, and other bar essentials.
• Help with deliveries, organizing inventory, and ensuring all items are in their rightful place.
• Provide exceptional teamwork to ensure bartenders can focus on delivering an amazing guest experience.
• Occasionally interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions or assisting as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a barback or in a fast-paced food and beverage environment is a plus but not required.
• A strong work ethic and ability to hustle—speed and efficiency are key.
• An eye for detail and a commitment to cleanliness and organization.
• A positive, team-focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and special events.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 pounds).
• Comfort working in a busy, noisy, and fast-paced environment.
