Location : East Bay (Alamo and Pleasanton), California
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (40 hours / week); Three days in Alamo and two in Pleasanton, occasional work at a third home in Pleasanton as needed.
Duties : Perform light housekeeping and dog-related upkeep. Coordinate maintenance and oversee vendors. Hire, train, and supervise household staff. Maintain and restock supplies / equipment. Handle household laundry and dry cleaning. Personal shopping, grocery shopping and meal prep. Maintain Google Calendar for household appointments. Handle emails and maintain documents. Oversee household technology systems. Coordinate renovations or special projects. Plan and execute household events a couple of times a year. Provide general assistance to family.
Requirements : Proven experience managing multiple households. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Staff and vendor management expertise. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Comfortable with smart home systems and Google Calendar. Pet-friendly. Longevity in previous roles. Maintains Confidentiality. Proactive, anticipates household needs. Ability to drive and own a reliable vehicle.
Salary : Starting at $125,000, depending on experience.
