YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR MARKETING AND EVENT COORDINATOR
You create, refine, and execute effective advertising strategies to increase brand reach and help get our company in front of more eyes. Implementing campaigns in print, online, and social media formats, you build connections with our audience and promote our exceptional company and services. Creating promotional materials, email newsletters, and social media content, you amplify our message and help enhance our reputation.
You research advertising trends and customer preferences and use analytic tools to effectively tweak campaigns and ensure better performance. In addition to online content, you manage our marketing calendar and help plan trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events. You also work with designers, vendors, and printers to present a cohesive voice across platforms.
Here's what we need from you:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Google Analytics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Creative mindset, team spirit, and high levels of organization
- Valid driver's license
The following qualifications are preferred but not required:
- Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign
- Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing best practices
- Knowledge of CRM platforms and content management systems like WordPress
